Realism Updates

Hi everyone! 

I am doing a TON of updates based on interaction with AI!

Also, I have been working on the level/XP system. 

That means the more you do in the game, the more XP/levels you will get! :D

I fixed a HUGE bug in the game. EVERYONE was arrestable, but now, that has been resolved!

When arresting someone in the next update, you will have to check their vehicle for contraband.
